Which plan should I choose?

Start with Free Full Access to test the features on your own website. Choose Essential for a small business: 3 chatbots and 2,000 message credits a month. Choose Business when your team wants to reply live in chats or remove the AI BotKit branding, or when you need more: 5 chatbots, 6,000 credits and 10 Custom AI Actions per chatbot. Choose Enterprise for custom limits, integrations built by our team, or a team that builds and runs your chatbots for you.

How does Free Full Access work?

Free Full Access turns on the paid features for 1 chatbot, so you can see it work for your business. You get 100 message credits one time and 1M characters of storage. You do not need a credit card. When you use the credits, top up 50 credits for $9 or 100 credits for $18, or upgrade to a paid plan. The “Powered by AI BotKit” line stays on the Free plan.

What is a message credit?

A message credit pays for one AI reply. With the standard AI, one reply uses 1 credit. Advanced models use 3–15 credits per reply. You choose the AI model for each chatbot in Settings.

When a reply also submits a lead form, hands over to your team or runs a Custom AI Action, the AI does one more step. That reply uses 2× the model’s credits: 2 credits with the standard AI. The credits shown are the total for that reply, not extra credits on top.

Some messages use no credits: the greeting message, your own replies in Live Chat, and messages that Banned Words blocks.

What happens if I use all my credits?

We send you an email when you use 80% of your credits. At 100%, your chatbot stops starting new conversations, and a conversation in progress finishes. Buy extra credits or upgrade to start again at once.

Can I buy more credits or storage?

Yes. On Essential and Business, you can add 1,000 message credits for $15 a month ($150 a year) or 5M characters of storage for $10 a month ($100 a year), at any time from the Billing page. On the Free plan, you can top up 50 credits for $9 or 100 credits for $18.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Your credits reset at the start of each billing month.

What is storage, and how much content fits?

Storage is all the text your chatbots learn from, counted in characters: web pages, files, text and Q&A, for all chatbots in your account. One web page is about 2,500 characters. So 20M characters (Essential) holds about 8,000 pages, and 30M (Business) about 12,000. Need more? Add 5M characters for $10 a month.

What content can I train my chatbot on?

Your website (the scraper reads the site from its address), single page URLs, files, text that you type and Q&A pairs. With the WordPress plugin, the chatbot also learns your posts, pages and custom post types, and your edits sync automatically. When your content changes, retrain with one click.

Which channels can I use?

Your website (a chat widget or a chat inside the page), a shareable chatbot page, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Slack, Discord and Google Chat. One chatbot works on all of them, and every conversation shows in one dashboard. Every plan includes every channel.

Can I use one chatbot on more than one website?

Yes. Add the same embed code to each website. The chatbot uses the same training and settings on every site, and all conversations use the same message credits.

Which languages does the chatbot speak?

The chatbot replies in your visitor’s language, in 95+ languages. You also set a default language for each chatbot.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We encrypt your messages and your channel credentials at rest with AES-256-GCM. AI BotKit is GDPR compliant, and you can access and export your data at any time.

How does the Enterprise plan work?

Book a demo and tell us what you need. We agree custom limits for chatbots, credits and storage, and up to 20 Custom AI Actions per chatbot. Our team can build custom integrations (CRM, helpdesk, booking), or build and run your chatbots for you with the Managed Chatbot Service. You get a dedicated success manager, onboarding and team training, and priority support with an SLA.

Do you have a plan for agencies or white-label?

Agencies can start on the Business plan. If you need more chatbots, contact us. For white-label and other special needs, contact us, and we will arrange a custom plan for you.

I am an existing customer. Does my plan or price change?

No. Your current plan, price and limits stay the same. The new plans are for new customers.

Do I save money with the annual plan?

Yes. Yearly billing saves 25% on Essential ($29 instead of $39 a month) and 20% on Business ($79 instead of $99 a month).

Can I switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual anytime. When you switch, the system automatically adjusts your billing cycle and you’ll start saving with the discounted annual pricing.

Can I downgrade from annual to monthly?

Yes, but the change will apply only after your current annual period ends. At that point, your plan will renew on a monthly basis.

Is there any difference in features between monthly and annual plans?

No. Both monthly and annual plans include the same features. The only difference is in the billing cycle and the overall cost savings with annual billing.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you’re on the monthly plan, your subscription stops at the end of the current month. If you’re on the annual plan, your subscription continues until the end of your paid year.

Is my data safe if I cancel my subscription?

Yes. After your subscription ends, we keep your data securely for 30 days. Reactivate your plan within 30 days, and you keep your training data.
